PET GROOMING POLICY:
Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current condition. This can occur during or after grooming, In such cases, in the best interest of your pet, we may request permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment, at your expense, should it become necessary.
The pet is up to date on all recommended vaccinations by their veterinarian, I have advised Michelle's Paw-fect Pets Day Care & Grooming of any health issues/ ailments that my pet may have.
Our prices are subject to change based on coat condition and temperament of pet, price will reflect if extra time is needed to complete the service.
If at any point the process becomes to stressful for the pet or dangerous for the groomer we will reevaluate the service and find the best solution for all involved.
Heavily matted pets may result in a shave down, this will be done for the benefit of your pet if mats are to severe to remove. This service may alter the pets appearance, and/or expose pre-existing health\skin problems for which Michelle's Paw-Fect Pets Day Care & Grooming cannot be held liable.
Photographs will be used for social media and promotional purposes.
DOG WALKING/ PET SITTING POLICY:
To ensure the safety of all dogs walked in our care, we use our own Loopit* leashes in conjunction with yours to guarantee security for all involved.
Pet Sickness or Prior Injury: If you notice that your pet seems under the weather (vomiting, coughing, loose or bloody stools, lethargy, diarrhea or has been diagnosed with a contagious illness), for the safety of your pet and our other clients, please let us know so we can decide if we need to cancel your scheduled service. If your pet becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will contact you immediately, and take appropriate measures needed.
Giving your dog a stimulating, leashed walk around your neighborhood, or to hang out with your kitty, bunny or other pets needing care, with times ranging from 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes. Creating a positive, calm environment, where your pet can thrive with endless entertainment and attention. Want to give your pet the ultimate experience? Sign up for our adventure walks which range between 1-2.5 hours. We pick your pet up form your house, taking them to one of our favorite walking trails in the area, and dropping them back off happy and ready for a nap.
Overnight pet care (approximately 8-10 hours) so you can enjoy a night out, or that much needed vacation. Ease your mind and take that trip, while your pet gets a vacation of their own. Starting off with an evening walk and feed followed by lots of play time and a cuddle session before a sleep over, with a morning walk to start the day. (Can add on mid day walks to overnight care) Not only will your pets be part of our family while you are away, we also ensure your house is treated like our own. Watering the plants, taking the garbage out or collecting the mail, your pets routine can stay the same while you relax. Offering daily updates and many pictures to keep you in the loop even if you are miles away.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of a snow storm or other events where road conditions are deemed unsafe, all appointments for the day will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time.
Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 48 hours notice to waive the cancellation fee (50% OF SERVICE) Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to pay for FULL SERVICE before re-booking. *In the event of a family emergency or any other unforeseen circumstances, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 48 hour period.
We will not tolerate any abuse towards our staff. Any threats, insults, or profanity will earn us the right to cancel the appointment at any time and any other future appointments.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the mobile nature of our business please keep in mind appointment times may vary by 30-60 minutes in case of any unexpected delays. We will notify you in such circumstances.
